Request Account Deletion
Request the permanent deletion of your Dvy account and associated data.
If you would like to delete your Dvy account and all associated records (including your saved receipts, sharing groups, profiles, and scan history), please choose one of the options below.
Important Security Notice: To protect user security, identity verification is required. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Option 1: In the App (Fastest)
Open Dvy on your mobile device, navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account, and follow the confirmation prompts. Your account will be removed immediately.
Option 2: Via Email Support
If you have already uninstalled the Dvy app, please email us directly from the email address associated with the account you wish to delete.
